used to be legit when we got 1/2 off at On the border and Macaroni Grill. Now it's just Maggiano's which is pretty legit.

at least my new job gets me "discounted" coffee

for one drink i think i used (depends on how strong you want)

2-2.5 shot tequilla
1-1.5 shot amaretto
4-5oz lime juice concentrate (the shit you buy frozen)
pour over ice.
*splash of OJ if you want.

i don't use triple sec but amaretto which makes it a little sweeter and really good.

I make a Mexican kabob with a taco seasoning rub. Use to much seasoning and it kills it. I pre cook the big chuncks of chicken in the seasoning like you would if you were making regular chick tacos leaving it just under cooked. I rub serloin tips in the seasoning. slap both on some sticks and cook to liking. Adding whatevr veggies i like. The reason I precook the chicken a little is to help the flavor seep in the chicken a little better. It's better than it sounds

My Sat AM will start with throwing an 8lb pork butt in the smoker. Then go lift for an hour followed by Macks (my 9yr old) soccer game. Come home, check the smoker, crack a beer (sorry Josue, no Zima) and relax till bbq is done. Maybe get the Mustang out for a short cruise...... All fun!
