    Hey Laura, you may want to try "Insanity", its all cardio and of course they throw some new term out there for what it consists of, hyrofelxsoemthing or other. But I talk to some S&C coaches and they reccomend it for conditioning, the only thing is I don't know what limits you have now that you are preggars.

    Yeah, Insanity would be too much right now. Also, I unfortunately am not allowed to do pushups anymore so that would take out a good chunk of Insanity, P90x, etc. I adapt with shoulder presses where I can but it isn't the same.

    Touch to find one that doesn't bloat, which is a big problem for females, and my husband is not a fan of a whole lot of muscle anyway, so I choose to eat my protein.

    taking whey is eating, just get 100% whey and it will not bloat. If you are bloating its probably due to other ingredients in your food sources. And they believe that whey will make women have muscles is 100% inaccurate. Its no different then chicken, beef, eggs when it comes to muscle building. moderate is key when it comes to diet.

    By the way, this is my current workout. Don't laugh (okay, laugh until you cry), chick was in cirque du soleil. She kicks my ass on the regular.
