Also new here, so ill roll with the punches. I coach high school baseball and were in full swing. Sundays work best for me. Ill do my best to work with any day though.

Would it be too late if we did it on Thursday, March 22 at 9PM? Trying to work around BT's class time, wondering if 9 might be too late on a Thursday. Again, just throwing stuff out there.

Grew up in orlando, played for edgwater high school, and Seminole state college. Moved to TN last year to help family out. I coach football and baseball in Crossville TN. What team do you coach in osceola? Im very familar with central florida baseball.

I have a tournament game that night. That tues. or wes. at that time would work for me. If everyone is good with that thurs though i will just make sure to blow up at the first horrible call by the ump ( will happen by second inning no doubt) and get my self ejectected!! beatwithanUGGLAstick will represent!

Draft whenever, Roto , Auction, daily, also, i know espn has a auction free agent budget feature, were u set it at say 100 dollars then for the pickups u put in a bid and highest bid for that day would get him, instead of the first come first servered way of doing it, just a thought

Last year, there was a big calling for an auction. Before last year, I was wholly opposed to auction drafts, but I had fun. I'd be down to do either, depending on whatever everyone else wants to do. Gun to my head though, I'd pick a snake draft.

Sounds like we've got a snake draft. Done.
Next order of business: how do we want to do the scoring?
My personal recommendation (and the one I have the most experience with): H2H Most Categories. Here's how it works...there are ten scoring categories; five for batters (batting average, home runs, runs scored, RBI, and stolen bases), five for pitchers (strikeouts, wins, saves, ERA, and WHIP). The key is to perform better in more categories than your opponent on any given week. So, it's essentially a head-to-head, week-to-week version of Roto, if you old school guys are familiar with that.
So, let's say I beat equa in home runs, runs scored, stolen bases, and all five pitching categories (but he manages to squeak out RBI and batting average that week), I'll have beaten him 8-2-0. You can tie in categories, as well as tie in your weekly matchup.
What say you guys?
