Good morning Steve
Check your PM inbox for a true story about gamblin'.
I wanna see multiplayer gameplay.
Three W's In My Life: Ward, Weinke, and Winston
It def looks like it could have potential but ill wait to reserve judgement
Unless the change the multiplayer then it's the same as all the other ones. The campaign isn't what sells COD. I think BF4 is in my future.
I haven't bought CoD since MW2. I feel like all BOps and MW3 are cookie cutter of more of the same with a few different guns and maps.
GO NOLES! / SCALP EM!
They fixed a lot of multiplayer stuff on Black Ops 2. You can't run around the corners blind.
BO2 is best game since MW1.
I honestly play mostly for the story line and a lil online I get wayyyyy too pissed to play online bc I hate losing
I like zombies what is this ghosts you speak of?
New game that comes out in November.
This is pretty much how I feel, but I enjoyed BO2. I never liked the MW stuff really.
Now Battlefield 3 is more my style. I really enjoy the team aspect of it. The point system heavily rewards teamwork and good teamwork really helps out overall in winning. IMO, BO completely misses the boat on this. I mean the CPs are fun and so is calling in a chopper, but in BF3 you actually fly the choppers.
I sold my PS3 but will likely bite the bullet when BF4 comes out and get another one.
Zombies in the new BO was just dumb. They should have just stuck with the same game plan and made new maps and new weapons. I also thought it would have been cool to be able to call in CPs and choppers and such based on kill streaks or points without going down.
I really like PS3's DUST 514 the MMO free to download & free to play shooter. It is like Battlefield 3/MAG meets Halo with tanks, ships, vehicles, all futuristic weapons and suits with perks in the PC EVE Universe 32 players/16v16 PVP & Corp battles. Once your squad earns enough points in a match you call in an Orbital Strike from the PC EVE players ships in space above the planet you're fighting on. It is tough to figure out, but once you get the hang of the MMO aspects, it rox. I played the Beta and the new build comes out on 5/6 with the official release coming out on of course 5/14. DUST 514 released on 5/14/13 lol. It's a very adult based shooter imo. No kids on the mic. They play it for 30 min and quit after getting owned and not being able to figure out what to do or how to spend their ISK/skill points. You cannot play this game like CoD. Here is a video below of the new build with the PS3/PC integration of the EVE Universe with DUST 514. In less than 2 weeks go to the PSN store and download the new build/release and check it out. It is all free to play and download. CCP will support it for 10 years with free updates & expansion on PS3/PS4. They have huge plans for this game. If anyone has any questions I can help. It is a lot to try to figure out when you first begin.
Uprising launches on May 6th.

...and that's a damn lie.
BornToBeRed said: WPS, just a head's up. We might be the most family-friendly board on the network, so take it easy on your normal wps-ness.
Which COD game was better?
World at War
after they took out those stupid ass tanks
Those dogs were vicious
I used the STG-44 most of the time, loved that gun

Dust looks pretty cool but I'm on xbox.
I've always believed that if you could get a group of friends all on headphones and played as a team with really good communication, you could dominate COD, but who has time for that.
I play with my 50-something year old uncle who just got an xbox and is now addicted to COD, so it's pretty hilarious to play with him. He just retired as a cop after like 30+ years and one day I asked him if he used police tactics when playing the game, and he was like, "hey, that's a great idea." He's actually gotten a lot better since then.
I've got BF3, maybe I'll tell him to go buy it and we'll try the multiplayer for it, especially if it's more team oriented.
WAW was awful. Even when they took out the tanks. One good map, Castle. That's it.
MUCH more team oriented for a few reasons.
1. You are literally divided into squads of 4. If you die you can spawn in on 1 of your squad mates. This option makes teamwork and executing strategies much easier.
2. The point system rewards you with more points when you are in proximity to your squad. As in when all 4 of you are close by, you get more points for kllls etc. Don't quote me on that, but I think that's how it works. It's been a year or so since I played it.
3. You're miced up to your squad only. Now you can get on the team channel, but you will only hear people who are on the team channel. So if you have a squad of 4 and 2 other friends on a different squad, in order to hear everybody you have to be on the team channel.
4. Most of the vehicles can carry more than one player, except for the jets I believe. Having another person in the tank, chopper, armored vehicle helps the vehicle be more effective. You can fix it faster while still firing and have more than the primary weapon manned.
5. In a 4 man squad you can vary your player loadout to help the squad. One guy can replenish ammo or health or revive teammates. In addition some of the weapons compliment each other. One guy can paint the target and the other can fire the anit tank/aircraft missile.
Overall, the better you and your squad mates operate together, the more successful you are in battle and leveling up your weapons and vehicles.
One more thing...
If you are specifically looking for something to do with your uncle in the game, I suggest the chopper with a gunner seat. That is my favorite thing to do in that game. Just one thing, on boards with jets, stay low or good jet pilots will eat you for breakfast.
Be aware that there is only one chopper like this on any board. People will sit there and wait for the chopper to respawn when it gets shot down. It's not uncommon to be in a game with other people who want to do the same thing, and wait and will compete right by the respawn point. It can be frustrating.
Speaking of Battlefield.... Here's any early look at next-gen Battlefield 4 coming to PC, PS4, Xbox 720 & also PS3/Xbox 360
Battlefield 4 will release Fall 2013. Check out the 60 second TV spot here featuring Rihanna and don't forget to check out the Don't miss the full 17-minute "Fishing in Baku" gameplay reveal. http://bit.ly/YF5zDS

I hear the other day that BF4 on the PS4 will have allow more users on the maps. Basically, it will have the capacity of the PC versions, which I heard was much much more fun for a lot of reasons.
EA also said the PS4 version will run at 60FPS on 1080p
If the devs do not skimp out then no more current-gen 30FPS at 720p. The PS4 can handle 60 FPS at 1080p easily if the devs want to take it to that level.
The EA investors the highlights.
I'm going to keep you in mind when the game comes out. I shit you not, I teamed up with about 6 guys on BF3, I was fortunate they let me in their "gang", and we never lost...ever. Now this was on TDM, but they were badass regardless. It wasn't really how good of a shot or how well they knew the board that made us good, it was how well we worked as a team. We all ran around together, put down med/ammo packs, revived each other, and generally just dominated. There might be 1 or 2 guys on the other team that were pretty good, but it didn't matter. We stick together and while 1 or 2 of us might go down at most, they never got all of us. We were good enough to take that guy or guys out and revive the others. I was the worst, but because I played with them I rarely had more than 5 deaths. They usually have 1 or 2.
If we had 2 full squads working together, forget about it. In TDM, you simply cannot compete with 2 full squads working together like this. Sometimes I would just fly that UAV thing around and spot the enemy and call them out. I'd be in the top 4-8 in points without 1 kill.
Hit me up when it drops and we'll ride out and merc everyone
