I would imagine it would be split 12-ways amongst the remaining 11 schools and the ACC office.

Not a 100% on ACC exit fee distribution, but in the Big 12 it is evenly to remaining conference schools.

I think I read its divided up 5 ways.
The ACC office and the 4 NC schools.
I'm not positive about that though.
