As much as I am sure Miami fans will dismiss this as no big loss. I think it will be. Depth is a concern for them and as much as he has under performed he is still talented.
Deserve got nothing to do with it...

From a depth standpoint this is probably a big blow to them, but Ray-Ray was one of the most over rated players in College Football.

Overrated but this takes Miami's defense down even further from where it was. No depth, 1-2 top end talents.
Not to mention Ray Ray will now go to Bethune Cookman who gave Miami hell last year and was already expecting to this year. That game becomes a real task for Miami now. (yes I realize Miami beat BCU 45-17, that game was locked up till Miami caught some random breaks)

You're players get in worse trouble. When our players get misdemeanors they are run to death. When your players repeatedly talk to agents while your program is under massive investigation they get tossed.

I don't know what the Canes opinion of him as a player are, but I don't recall him making a single play for Miami. Kid was a bust before he was even kicked off of the team. In fact, the Sanford trio (Debose, Dye, Armstrong) have all been major busts in college. Glad FSU dodged that bullet.

I think Debose is a bust because of where he went to school. Instead of having a coaching staff where he could learn the entire route tree he has had some of the worst offensive coaching in major college football so far. If he would have come to FSU he could have been similiar to Greene.

Attached is the ONLY play I remember Ray Ray making, and Nick Moody farts all over it.
I love reminding idiot Gators about them describing Debose as Harvin 2.0.
