I'm going with the wait until "accurate" rankings come out in the fall before pulling hair out approach. I expect a couple of our current commits to end up on other rosters anyway. After sitting through Hunger Games and all the obnoxious teenies and their giddy moms, nothing recruiting related can phase me anymore.

It isn't panic, its common sense. We need to win this year to recruit with the Alabamas of college football. I believe we will become nationally relevant again this year and play in a BCS bowl. When you can't sell a depth chart, you have to sell championship aspirations/lottery picks. No need to panic, but we shouldn't be blind to the facts.

Agreed, we have to be realistic this year and realize that we need to sign some depth guys who are willing to wait 2-3 years (while being coached up), until seeing the field.

Well...........................I guess we should all be askeered! All we've got is a death grip on last place of the top 10 classes for 2013, with only our measly spring game and a coupla weak summer work-outs to go before our season starts, when we'll be too distracted to effectively recruit any really good players.
Jimbo is headed for the Golf Circuit, sharpening his game for his Booster Tour,
DC is somewhere in Alabama, chasing down the perfect Scrimps Etoufee,
Coley and Trick Daddy snuck off to Cuba to stock up on Coffee Beanies and fat Stogies,
Stoops 'n Elliot are somewhere pretendin' to be
Haggins found the perfect multi-national buffet and ain't leavin' any time soon,
Gran is in NYC getting his beard trimmed,
and the rest of the guys are all at the lake, drinkin' and talkin' 'bout wimmen!
No wonder we ain't got nary 5* guys! Our staff is restin' on our laurels, and thinkin' they can revert to the old BB days, when he would just show up for cobbler, tell a few stories, get down on his knees and pray with Mom, and close the deal. And another thing............................
