Who can help me with a subscription issue?

Card expired and account lapsed.
Logged in, went into my account, went into "plans".......it had a link to change card.
Added the new card.......changed card. Got a warning that this would reactivate my account and my card would be charged $9.95. Clicked OK.
Got a message that my subscription was now updated but it was not, checked online banking and the card wasn't charged.
Waited a bit, repeated the steps.......all the exact same results.
