As yet, he's been unavailable to make the trip in to Tally.
Word is, he will visit the campus and tour the town and surrounding areas next week,
and then, perhaps, he'll call himself in for a vis a vis.
"Too many offers to consider at this time. I want to attend a JR. Day, and see how the FSU coaches do their thing with random kids." He quipped to this reporter.
"FSU has a strong tradition, and has a reputation for developing a lot of good QB's during
their career in Seminole territory. My only question is what level of play calling responsibility
will be part of the job description. Once I know more about that, I'll be ready to chat. I've heard that James Fisher is a hard case, and demands nothing but the very best from his staff. I hope to convince him I'm the man for the job. I know all the Bowdens you see. Perhaps they'll vouch for me and get me face time with the Head Coach."

Well CRAP! I was hoping that in this era of spread offense with 6 receivers on any given play, his penchant for a strong running attack as a sure-fire way to confuse the opposing defenses, would become our standard offensive approach. Now we have to go back to what put us on the map, and throw the danged ball about 55 times a game. More triple-reverses, end-upside-down and halfback passback to a loose quarterback and stunk-rooskie type of plays too.

Why couldn't he just take the job and do the right thing by our University. Now we're down to guys like Archie Manning and Ryan Lief for baby jesus' sake!
