I won't ascribe a letter grade to this, as I have a tendency to grade on the curve. I think he didn't get the staff he wanted, but settled for some strong components that he hopes the sum of, will end up being greater than the parts. I expect there to be some fits and stops, as the new hires adjust to Jimbo's paradigms, as well as each other, and the existing staff. They have 7-1/2 months to find their rhythm, and find out if they can work together well enough to elevate the play of the heavy talent on our team, to achieve another lower level championship.
