Jimbo has some in game limitations as a young coach, but I think he does an outstanding job of putting together a staff.
And this time, he has experience and knows exactly what he wants.

I think it's all irrelevant other than recruiting if Jimbo doesn't delegate and lay off a little.

Letter grade of B imo. Good balance with some youth which is great but there is uncertainty with Pruitt calling plays.

Of course the proof is in the pudding, but right now I'm very excited about this staff and feel coaching overall is upgraded. Time will tell.
