Jimbo has some in game limitations as a young coach, but I think he does an outstanding job of putting together a staff.
And this time, he has experience and knows exactly what he wants.

I think it's all irrelevant other than recruiting if Jimbo doesn't delegate and lay off a little.

Letter grade of B imo. Good balance with some youth which is great but there is uncertainty with Pruitt calling plays.
