If Tee Martin is willing to come, he would be about as good of a hire as possible imho. I talked to two people close to the USC program a few weeks ago that mentioned Martin loves LA and is highly regarded there.

However, there are some serious worries about the long-term future of the program with Kiffin at the helm. That could be why Martin may choose to bolt. Not saying it happens, but it may be why he would listen at the very least.

The connection to Sanders is another factor that could help FSU here.

If he turns out to be the guy, I think he'd be a more accomplished version of Craig in more ways than one. He's from the Mobile area (like Craig), and his coaching resume trumps that of Craig before he came to FSU. Safe to say he'd continue to do damage in that area for FSU if he were the guy.
