I hate the Gates as much as the next guy but it sucks to hear it for this kid. I heard he had been tearing it up this spring too. Looks like we might get to see what Mr. Fowler has got sooner than later.

Powell is from a town nearby my house in SoCal (same HS as Michael Snaer), and I hate to hear he got hurt, too. Hopefully for him give a 4-6 month timetable for returning, the ACL sprain isn't that bad and there is little collateral damage caused by the sprain. As much as I do not like the Gators, I'd like to see Powell make a living in the League.

18-24 is a little on the high side. I tore mine and it took be 12-14 months nx I am far from a star athlete. I think 9 months until your physically fine and 9-12 until your mentally ready depending on the person

Yes it sux, huge loss an any Gator that tells you otherwise is lying through their teeth.. And im not so sure Fowler gets that spot, id think we will move Larentee McCray over to the Buck position. He is physically leaps and bounds ahead of Fowler an McCray knows our defense very well, Folwer should get tons more PT this year though.. And if you ask me, no way Ropo is back in 4-6 months. I think we will be lucky to get him back by the Missouri game, but you never know. Easley tore his vs yall and hes far ahead of schedule an will be full go come fall camp..

A year seems like the average length of physical recovery but you won't know if he's lost speed until year two usually. If a player is a step slower at first its expected. Best wishes to him. He really is a good player.

This is going to have a huge impact considering they have no depth.

That sucks for the young man.

For as undisciplined and under productive as Easley was last year just missing spring ball was bad. He really needs to match hype with production this fall. Same story for a number of Noles.
