Wow it's rare you see FSU mentioned with the Nations best player. It's a great day for FSU Basketball to be mentioned in the top2 for this kid.

Andrew Wiggins is the most physically gifted athlete I've ever seen no question.
Like some other people have said, he "won the genetic lottery."
Combine that with the fact that he has the skill set to go with it, is 6-7 with a 7-4 wingspan, and I really think this kid could go straight to the pros from high school.

This kid probably 1 and done but he would raise the level of our bball program to an elite status. I hope Ham gets this one done. Kid is a stud.

In this clip when he was in the 8th grade the reporter asked him which college he like and he said Florida State. I hope we get him he play above the rim

I have read he may graduate a year early so that'd be a plus; assuming he picks the Noles. Dominant player

We've been on him for a long time and have always been listed as a favorite. IMO, he's the most important FSU recruit in any sport in some time. Getting him (even if for a year) is a program changer. Not just for one year either. Imagine having a bona-fide NBA star from FSU. Its a huge recruiting tool and PR boost.
IF he were to commit early (which players of his caliber tend to do), Ham would have a little time to start putting the pieces together for a Top 5/National Title caliber team.

Florida State, North Carolina or Kentucky.
Based on systems alone, I think he would do the best at Kentucky (hard to argue with the last few seasons).
That said, a year (doubt he stays longer) under Coach Hamilton would be huge for him defensively at the next level.

There have been rumors of that floating around but reclassifying isn't as easy as, "well, he's good enough to reclassify." It's a process.
For what it's worth, he denied those rumors in Hampton.
