He's not in school. It would be the same thing if he didn't qualify, sat out a semester and got his SAT's up. He could enroll any place he wanted to in January since the ship he signed is canceled if he doesn't enroll in school by the end of August.

So theoretically he could enroll at a prep school and be on campus in July 2012. I know that won't happen, especially if playing time was a concern, but still a possibility. The ACC still owes us one for the Markish Jones crap with Clemson, so they should let him out to come to FSU,

can't he transfer anywhere he wants as long as he sits out for a year?? -- aren't scholarships only given for one year at a time?
And what is the point of this conversation anyways?? Is there a report saying he is unhappy with his decision or something?? Is he even at Clemson yet??
