If this were TNole27 hijacking every thread, there would be an uproar. No one has to accept being "talked" down to, simply because some choose to accept it.

FSU signed the best LB to come out of Miami since the infamous Willie Williams and that was after Coley and Gran left. Our LB coach and DC left. We hit a homerun with Pruitt and Jimbo will make S.Fla a priority himself.
Kind of curious, how many Miami players did uf have on their 2 most recent MNC teams? On the 2 deep.

Hey, I can take the heat....it has been civil....I just don't agree with some on here....Lets get something straight though...Coley started recruiting Matthew Thomas two years ago...Josh can tell you the same thing...It was his number 1 goal to land the kid. Coley was the one that built the relationship up with his mom...He was the one that got the kid to camp and on his visits...Coley was Matthew Thomas main recruiter....The reason FSU landed him was Coley...Now I am not knocking what the guys did on the staff to keep him in FSU corner through NSD....But Coley did the heavy lifting in this kids recruitment...So anyone to not give him the credit on that one...They have no clue about his recruitment...None. Coley was not getting any favors either from those around him to land the kid...Josh knows some of what I know....

As for the South Florida thing....I have my opinion on the situation...While some may not agree with me....They would if they had the same information that I am privy to...I live down here...Understand something I started doing this stuff ten years ago...It took sometimes 3-4-5 years for the coaches in the area to let me get close to their programs. When I am strong in my opinions it is because it comes from experience. I have college coaches tell me personally they have tried everything...guys that are good guys,,,good recruiters and they are like....these guys just won't help me out....

One person explained it to me one day...South Florida is like a bucket of blue crabs....if you try and get out....you keep getting pulled back in....You just have to get into that bucket.....which is not easy....Coley worked at Miami High with Andre Johnson, Atari Rigby (believe he went there) and Roscoe Parrish....he was at Norland with Dwayne Bowe and ended up at LSU with him....He has done his time...One person on here keeps bringing up Eddie Gran....oh he is not from Florida...Has that person actually looked up his resume....You know where he did his GA at....University of Miami...under Jimmy Johnson...The other GA there was Tommy Tubberville.

The reason why Rutgers did so well in South Florida.....Cristobal, Demo, Darren Rizzi now with the Dolphins....Rutgers would invite the coaches to their camps...and I mean role out the red-carpet not only for the coaches but their assistants...Rutgers also had to take a ton of players who were not very good. At NC State their top South Florida recruiters under Chuck....Manny Diaz/ And Demo.....

You go and look at Alabama....They had Stoutland....His connections....they were from his days at Miami.....

Josh says that getting kids on campus is good recruiting.....Well here is the list of players Demo got to Rutgers camps over the years....Antoine Smith, Demetrius Morley-Signed with Tennessee was a stud in HS, Aldarius Johnson, Marcus Forston, Sean Spence, Marcus Robinson, Corey Liuget, Onterrio McCaleb, Travis Benjamin, Janoris Jenkins, Marcus Forston, Davon Johnson, Brandon Harris, Theron Collier, Ramon Buchanon....The Rutgers logo was on that shirt.....Not FSU...How many of those guys went to FSU camp.
