I don't want to speak for Chris or the staff, but I think he phrased it that way because Bama is our biggest threat and if Jackson doesn't commit while on campus, then we are indeed in great shape to sign him.
If he is able to say No to the back to back champs, while they have the red carpet rolled out, then you have to love FSU's chances to sign him.
