Not going to debate the ignorance of this individual....it was beyond dumb...but to charge him with sexual assault is ridiculous. He was trying to embarrass someone...which is no different than the other 20 people who stood around him, took pictures of them with him, put food on him, throw food on him and even stick the fingers in his nose and ear. Do the other people who did nothing to stop the idiot in question also get arrested for failure to stop the assailant?

This individual certainly should be punished but a SA charge is a bit much here.

If i remember the video correctly, the teabagger was the same guy who put his finger in the guy's nose and ear. While I thought he took it to another level, i don't think he should serve time for his actions. Losing his job and community service seems sufficient.

Agree with Bear. This is simply ridiculous and if it is so serious where are the charges for the others that sat, watched, and laughed.
