It does start with the members, but whoever is moderating also should be vigilant. The fact that this topic is highly active reflects that perhaps it's not being kept in check as well as it should. As adults, it's our jobs to police ourselves, but as certain maturity levels and egos are challenged, the responsibility gets easily forgotten.

Additionally, it would help if posters/mods were more in-tune to keeping discussions on track. The cold hard truth is that people click threads they're interested in. There's a good chance that people don't care how Warchant pissed you off, or how much you think Rick Trickett sucks, or "Konfrense Realinemint 4 dummiez"
