Hopefully will not come to be known as the "Jameis Winston rule."

He'll go to auburn to hang out with his primary recruiter. Not his coach because Craig didn't coach. OK.

  • People need to stop comparing the rights of players to the rights of coaches.

They aren't the same, at all. Just because coaches can change and break contacts doesn't mean player should too.

The difference is coaches have a JOB and are in the workforce. They get paid for what they do.

Players, the EDUCATION is SUPPOSED to come first. Even still, they are attending school for FREE to fulfill an obligation. If they choose to end that and go to another school, which they can, they should have to sit out.

    GO NOLES!

  • I have a HUGE problem with this for Freshman and Sophomores. Like another poster said, if Johnny doesn't get enough face time his first year he'll be sniffing around another school. In fact, you can bet your last dollar that kids will make a complete ass out of themselves knowing they can just move on if they don't get their way. It will make you wonder if coaches will start to shy away from some of these kids like the Willie William's and Fred Rouse's of college football..

One year scholarship sound familiar? Some of these kids are NOT aloowed ro get that job because of the cozy arrangement between NFL and NCAA.

People need to stop differentiating rights of all legal adults.
