Well ran programs with good coaches would benefit and bad coaches would watch the program burn down around them. Pete Carroll would become a god and Nick Saban likely will be the last of his type...

I think this is a great idea for seniors or RS Juniors with the schools permission. If your a 4th year junior and are buried on the depth chart this would allow you to go to a D-1 school and play. If your a senior and buried or lost out on starting this would give you the opportunity to play.

But anyone who thinks that boosters wouldn't be recruiting star players away haven't be following the SEC..
