Fowler does look like he is struggling through this. He even tried to tie in Florida when Strong was their DC. "Florida was the place where you got your start. They gave you your chance."

It also helps us a lot that we got some well timed turn overs and got ahead early...UF is not a passing team and that is what you have to do when you get behind...of course it probably should have been a bigger win had we not squandered some easy points; every week it is a different team

If we stay in the ACC I hope U of L brings a football program that rides the strength of this upset.
The commitment of their Coach to stay and a young elite QB having at least another year left along with commitment money wise from the school could help them become a potential consistent top 25 team.
What do you guys think these factors do to their recruitment class? They are ranked 94th ATM, can they turn this win into adding depth to their team?

They definitely have the money to stay legit. They have the 2nd biggest budget behind us (probably will jump us too) and a lot of "old" booster money.

I hope so too, before the coach before Strong we were consistently in the top 25, then we took a step back with that coach and Strong is getting us there. We have great facilities and fans and travel well, hoping it keeps up and hoping strong stays here for his career!
Hopefully the whole ACC can ride the wave of success that has happened this bowl season.

Two words = EJ Manuel
His play against UF in his whole career was incredibly bad
In 3 games against UF
Rushing = 44 carries for 66 yards and 2 TD's ( only 1 TD really )
Passing = 43/77 for 344 yards and 2 TD's to 5 INT's
This will be all I remember in terms of EJ's legacy

A big reason why we lost to UF is because they practiced and prepped for our game for 3 weeks, while we only had 1. Was pretty obvious that they spent no time on ULL and Jacksonville St. I watched them a lot this year and they played one of their best games of the year against us.
Credit to Louisville though. They looked great last night.
