BJ Daniels should be on the list, probably instead of Logan Thomas. Daniels, entering his 17th year at USF, gave us fits a few years ago and running QBs always seem to give us problems.

Logan Thomas is by far, IMO, the better passer/runner combo, compared to Daniels.
Boyd has a lot of talent, but I don't think he has it between the ears. He takes far too many chances.
Logan Thomas, as mentioned above, has a bright future and will lead the Hokies to a very strong season.
Some project Mike Glennon has a potential first round pick. I don't see it, but I do see a kid with great size, a guy that has it between the ears and a kid that, with better talent around him, would do some scary things.

Logan Thomas
Mike Glennon
Tajh Boyd
... when looking strictly at talent at the QB position.

All of the them are from Virginia I guess Virginia is the place to go for a QB. That make 4 or 5 starting QB in the ACC from the state of Virginia...

BJ Daniels stats:
CMP% 58.9
Yards 2604
TD 13
INT 7
When you throw in that he did this against BE competition, I think it is pretty safe to assume that Daniels is not even close to being among the top 3 QBs we face this year.
I agree with Tom's list if everything were equal but it's not and I think VT's offense is going to have serious issues this year because they aren't going to be able to replace the WR, OL, and RB's they lost. Imo, VT will play to their Defense and put up awful offensive numbers.
The opposite imo is true at Clemson, Boyd will again look better than he is because he will have the 2nd best WR corp in the country (behind USC) and they will continue to need to score to win games because their defense will be bad.

I think that Tanner Price is better than all three guys given top billing.

I tend to think Renfree is a high quality qb, and maybe even better than Glennon. He will have trouble this year though with his top target/s gone.
