I would prefer Charlotte rather than NYC. Just because the new schools are in that area, does not mean that we find a location that is skewed to the northern boundaries of our conference.

With the departures from the Big East, it's not a bad idea.The Big East Tournament has been the best conference tournament for a while now. If not NYC, maybe Washington DC.

They should rotate it with one of the locations definitely being MSG.

Agree that a major city is needed for the ACC Tourney.

The ACC tourney would be better off in NYC...that city LOVES basketball...any type. They would show up in droves to see all the games, not just those that there favorite team is in which is what mostly happens now in most tourneys.... It would also help FSU because it would give us exposure to the BEST basketball talent in the country which resides within 2 hours of NYC. Lastly it would take away some of the advantage the tobacco road schools have in short travel every year...

This was my thinking as well. Attendance has not been great for the past 5+ years regardless of location. NYC loves basketball and will put butts in the seats. And the recruiting pitch schools can use would definitely interest kids these days.
