Golden is going to find what every coach that makes it to big time football finds... Bigger talent = Bigger Issues = Bigger Problems. Question is will Golden's disciplinarian ways cost them wins, and will the loss of wins be worth the message he is sending. Now, I'm not saying what he is doing is wrong, frankly I wish Bobby would have been tougher when he was at FSU. The "Romanian Rules" episode and others sent a clear message that the best players lived under a different set of rules. If you hold everyone to the same standard, which is admirable and difficult to do as a coach, you will lose games at the beginning, but the goal is that you will win more in the end. Which like it or not is a risk, either way.

You are, of course, correct but I think it will be a mistake for him to be reactionary like that. He will end up sitting some guy who missed a couple days that is better than the starter just because of what he thinks he saw for a day or so in his awesome practices.
