I don't think so. Trickett played pretty well as a rsfr. He didn't set the world on fire but he was ok. He'll be a rsjr and will have put on a good bit of weight. If our oline can protect him and we can run the ball consistently in short yardage situations (huge if) he could be very good.

Regardless, I believe Trickett will be the starter for the first game unless one of the young guys gives Jimbo no choice, though I don't think that very likely. One of them will play a bunch early on though and could end up unseating him then. We'll see how it plays out. Should be a compelling spring and summer.
