I suppose Sanders is our titular OC. Our next move needs to be to hire someone like Seider to help make up for the loss in recruiting prowess.

Smh I can't help but laugh at this..... Really just want all the coaching hires to be done. But now even when they are done are they really done??? Never know when ol' Bama or Auburn or whoever wants to come pluck one of our coaches. I'm all for doing what's best for you and your family, but some of this stuff is getting ridiculous.

This is a black eye man.
This isn't "just playing the game"... or "just did it for the money"... when you leave a place after this short of a length of time, you've closely weighed the options and you know if it doesn't work at Alabama your screwed bad.
He didn't just measure those risks and walk out of a job he thought was "pretty good".
1) He doesn't like his boss
2) He doesn't think positions here are going to open up quickly at our program (questions programs direction).

My comment was a reference to the time frame. Like we have seen with several recruits that we evaluate and offer before anyone else, soon after larger schools will offer (Eddie Jackson, Ira Denson, Tony Stevens, etc). Pruitt and Sunseri had worked at Bama (Then UT for Sal) for substantial periods of time before moving to FSU. Napier had been here less than a month.
