and 2 former DC's under Pruitt... maybe this is a sign that Jimbo is more willing to delegate this year instead of micromanaging

Hope they don't dip out after a season or two. With FSU' s talent it could really make them look good and receive promotion job offers. Pruitt will be here for awhile since he has the least experience on staff. If they do leave fast though, other top coaches may see FSU is a place to get noticed.

Jimbo is a young coach that is learning to be a HC. We all would like to see him turn the play calling over. With that being said, he has more coaches on staff that have been OC's, and he can bounce many ideas off of them and they can give him feedback on what they think will work and what will not.
I think it good to be able to self scout yourself, and I think these guys can help with that.
