  • That's interesting. I really hope we hear something positive soon, I want to party like it's 1999! Again.

    Of course some will say that's just because Maryland will obviously not be on it, but my glass is half full.

  • probably took them down since maryland wont be on them anymore. we wont do anything and will be on USF's level if we stay in the godforsaken ACC. the BOT needs to stop sitting on their hands and do something. we keep falling behind in the money dept and Florida is gonna roll us. we cant afford to sit idle

  • Not that I disagree, but we've always been behind in the money department; even in the 1990s. The gap between FSU and UF was much, much greater then than it is now. FSU's $87 million dollar budget last year was top-20 nationally. But yes, it would be nice to close the gap even more.

    true but when the new SEC contracts kick in we are going to be massively behind. not to mention completely giving up on sunsports which had to be worth something. i have zero faith in our athletic department after the last couple years, we have made some very questionable moves recently

    You got those figures? Everyone says the ACC had the highest conference payouts in the 90's.
