IMO he's already put himself out of a job in the RB dept. by missing spring after a less than impressive FR campaign. It's certainly still early in his career but he hasn't done himself any favors to this point.

I'm sure Tim jansen who handles all of the FSU athletes already has a deal worked out. Court is just a formality. Probably Community service, a fine and an apology and it gets dropped down to a misdemeanor
