This post made zero sense. Ej didn't play clemson and only a half against wake. Ej has to quit locking onto wr and start making better reads. Hopefully the oline give him more than second to do that.

While I can't see 1st round for Manuel, it's good that he's been getting some love on these early mock drafts. If he stays healthy and we go 12-2 or so like we're capable of, then it's certainly possible he works his way up.
What I like is that they had 3 other FSU guys going in the 1st round between them: Werner, Jenkins and Rhodes (in that order).

Record has nothing to do with projections to the next level. The NFL operates on pro potential, not fandom and emotions. All it has ever taken is ONE team to fall in love with a prospect and the right set of circumstances to take place. Did Ponder deserve to go as early as he did? Many think not, but all it took was one. So, there is credence in the other three that you agree with, but not so much with the one you don't? Interesting.

EJ is a better prospect than Christian Ponder ever was. And Ponder went first round. I don't think it's ridiculous to believe EJ could go round 1.
I think what it really depends on, is the order in which the QBs are rated, because this is a pretty damn good QB class with Wilson, Barkley, Bray, and I believe Landry Jones, depending on how he tests out. However, Jones' production was very concerning when he had a little pressure, and lost his big time receiver.
