What did they fire him for?
Banging a 25 year old hot girl (its all relative you see his old ass....she was hot for him)?
For wrecking his motorcycle?
For lying about her being in the accident?
Lets be honest they really shouldnt even have been asking him about all those personal matters in regards to the accident. If I am in a accident tomorrow my boss isnt asking me questions about it, and hell probably could be a sued if he did.
Big mistkae I am sorry the dude is a douche bag but a great coach.

They fired him for hiring her for a job where there were 150 applicants without disclosing the conflict of interest. He also has a "morality clause" in his contact that allows him to be fired for such behavior that casts the university in bad light. I doubt you have that clause at your job so it is totally different.

He hired her and gave her 20,000 dollars, then lied about it.

If your boss hired another employee out of a pool of 150 and forgot to mention that he was sleeping with her on the side there would be a problem..
also they didnt ask him about personal matters, it came out in the police report... Its a publicity thing, you can't pay someone 3.5 million to represent your school as a lier and a cheater.. not to mention you're telling your football players its okay to put yourself first....
there was no way he was ever not going to get fired once it came out

He violated the morality clause of his contract, in which he agreed to conduct himself in a manner that would not reflect poorly on the program.
The guy deserves to be fired. The only reason I believe he was not canned immediately is because of his recent success, and lack of suitable replacement.
