Do we hire a true OC/QB coach similar to the UCLA coach and move someone down to South Florida (Odell, Dawsey or Graham)? Or do we hire a tried and true South Florida Recruiter and have him coach TEs? Clearly the last staff lacked proven offensive coaches, does Jimbo follow the same blueprint with this staff? Interviewing Johnson is definitely a tell of wanting a more qualified OC.
By the way, Odell and Pruitt have alot of overlap in recruiting terriority.
