  • Good luck to him wherever he goes...at least he didn't leave us hanging close to NSD, now we have time to go out and recruit other kids if we can't get him back.

  • february is a long ways off, who cares about the drama of recruiting, this team you know with the players actually on the team are more important. the time has come no more f@&king around, if coley needs to call the plays then do it because jimbo can't do everything

Coaches are going to have to go all out again for him, I figured playing close to home would eventually kick in, but felt if FSU was winning he would over look that... Worst case scenario has happened....

  • All these recruits are freshmen that will have minor impact for a couple of years.

    Maybe MEJ might be special, BUT, the D-Line was not a problem in any game this year and the other recruits are solid.

    The un-intelligent play is a lot bigger concern.

    Mario Edwards, the top ranked DE in the country, is having second thoughts about his commitment to Florida State.

    why is he still listed as a commit? he may or may not be considering fsu and if he is we are the 3rd option. Again, why is he listed as a commit?

    who was the moron who called me stupid for stating that commits would start jumping ship because we are being proven to be a fraud yet again.

    we convinced everyone we were for real but are clearly not for real.

    losing a legacy could be indicative that this class may fall part if the ship isn't righted in short order.

  • he is just looking at other options, he is still committed.... recruits may or may not jump ship...... we were frauds based off what the media does well, over hyping..... anyone who actually looked into FSU undetstood a new QB, missing 2 key and great lineman would hurt....

    we have not beaten a bcs team. we are a fraud. with our very weak schedule this year, we can run the table and still be considred a fraud.

Our team looks lost at all times. Lets find a coach that runs one of these high school spread offenses. At least it is dumbed down to point where they don't seem to screw it up.

    If you say so...... oh yeah it is hard to beat any team much less a d1 team while committing 5 turnovers and 13 penalties.....

    might as well just fold football as a program forever at FSU......

    so our excuse is , we're great, we just make a lot of stupid penalties and turn the ball over a lot.

    not all frauds are devoid of talent. We are being listed as the biggest disappontment of 2011. We may change that perception but it is the current perception.

    why the biggest disappointment?because we are underachieving on a big scale right now.

    wake isn't worth a darn. i don't care if their qb was knocked out of the game they couldn't even beat the cuse.

  • not an excuse, just part of the game..... look I don't know if you played or not, but it is hard for any team no matter how talented or great they are, you can not commit that many turn overs and penalties.... one of the things that was always preached to me and the teams I played on was win the turn over battle, play discipline ( not committing unwarrented penalties ) and control the line of scrimmage and you win 9 times out of 10, lose at all or two of those aspects and you will lose more often then not..... you can be great, but if you turn it over that many times ane commit that many penalties you tend to lose those games..... that doesn't make you a fraud....did Wake turn it over like we did, or commit penalties to keep alive drives.... no....

    as a coach now our staff teaches the exact same thing.....

  • A strong finish, with the team coming together and winning games could make all the difference. It's time to see what our coaches and players are made of.

    Put a run of wins together and this really all could change. Time for Jimbo and co. To earn those salaries. Time for the players to man up, take responsibility, and earn their spots on the depth chart.
