OT Tampa Bay

  • What an absolutely pathetic showing this week. Not that the last many weeks have been much better. In excusable to get blown out by a 3-9 team with a rookie QB. Josh freeman has completely regressed and the defense is abysmal. Raheem should be fired now not at the end of the season and he needs to take olsen with him. let the towel boy coach for all i care since the team has already conceded the season now its just jockeying for draft position.

  • The team has totally given up on "Rah" as they call him. There is no way he can lead this team anymore, time for him to go. 41 points to the Jags?? Pathetic.

  • I'm in the minority here, but we had no business going 10-6 last season, and we absolutely lucked out in the draft with Clayborn and Bowers falling to where they did. We're building for a bright future, and a HC with experience and war-wounds will inherit a plethora of young talent. There's certainly holes that need to be filled on the team, but I'm psyched that we will have a Top 10 pick after the season. We do a great job of evaluating talent and drafting.

I agree the young talent is there with Freeman, Blount, Williams, Benn on O and Bowers, Claybourn, Price, and Mccoy on D but do you think Raheem is the one to lead and develop them? Domonick does a great job of scouting and drafting but I think its going to waste with Rah. I think this will be a very attractive job to others if they do fire him

What are some of the biggest needs to address with draft picks? I haven't seen any games this year.

    Defensive backs..

Ronde Barber is like 50-years old now, and Talib has a 60% chance of killing someone in the off-season.

imo OT OLB CB and for god sakes get me a damn safety that can play. I also think we need a weapon to go opposite of williams.

  • as a jags fan that was beyond pathetic, you guys made our offense look like Green Bay. Gabbert had been AWFUL up to this point.

  • I would love to see them get Claborne from LSU at corner and to get a change of pace back like LaMichael James in the 2nd round.

I would love to Get Claborne first then pray jarvis jones or Alshon jeffery falls to us in the second or grab nick toon. Not a deep safety draft after barron so finding one in free agency would seem more likely.

  • No running game. Barely have 2 functional backs on the roster. Tank for Trent. Reek for Richardson.

  • I'm not a Bucs fan or anything, but from a casual fans perspective I thought they would be a lot better. Not to mention Mike Williams effed me in fantasy this year.

Not his fault Freeman has played like garbage all year. Cant be a great wide reciever if your QB cant get you the football. Dont know what changed from last year.

Haha Jags fan here so this one was sweet. Bush you forgot Freeman has an 80% to be a loser and not the answer. Up 14-0 and then one great teams play and Tb fell apart and so did Freeman he sucks and hopefully you guys draft RG3 and you have two Big 12 floppers at Qb. And we will potentially have one LOL

  • Give Raheem 1 more year, hire a DC, get rid of Olsen and he can take Winslow with him. Mike Williams could not beat press coverage this year and he looked terrible. The lockout killed us over the summer because of our youth and not being active in the FA market did not help.

For the draft, CB and LB, and that WR from FIU.

We have already given up on 1 DC and the OC Jagodzinski before, and that situation was baffling to me. Not that they were good coaches, but why fire them so quickly. According to Football Outsiders, the Bucs still have a chance for the #1 pick. What do we do then?

Hopefully next year will will be Yarving instead of just Youngry.

Uh, wasn't Tampa Bay only 4-10 ... Not like this game was an upset, but yeah ... TB sucks.

  • Luckily I didn't watch last weeks game. But Freeman has definitely regressed this year. He doesn't look nearly as comfortable as he did last season. 10-6 last year was due in large part to our schedule. I can't explain, other than that, what has happened in this collapse. Remember when we beat Atlanta and NO earlier in the year? Things looked great then and since we've done a complete face plant. Makes me nervous to be going to the game on Saturday.

  • All starts with the Glazers. They're too cheap to pay for good coaches. They're too cheap to pay for good players (hopefully the new salary cap rules will change that next season).

Not sure what's worse...watching your team suck in your town or watching your team suck then move to Los Angeles.

One thing is clear...the Glazers have no intention of selling this dumpster fire, they'd be taking a huge loss.

  • Glazer's buying ManU has doomed the Bucs to being 3x more under the cap than any other team. They refuse to spend money and want to build through the draft. Hell even the Rays sign a couple of decent free agents. The Bucs continue to have the lowest payroll in the NFL and are 60 million under the cap. The Bucs are over paying punters and other extensions of players on the team like Black, to try and help them make the minimum payroll for the new collective bargaining agreement in 2012. Meanwhile ManU has a payroll of over 220+million with half the roster of an NFL team.

Last year we did over-achieve. Although we should have made the playoffs and Green Bay would not have won the Super Bowl. Tampa was robbed in the Lions game last year. The NFL apologized the Monday after game and said they got it wrong but it did not give us the W. We should have been 11-5 but that is another rant.

It disgust me to even watch this team. It is so frustrating! We better have a great draft and maybe now the Glazer's will be forced to go out and spend a little. I'm not holding my breath though.

It seems like we have packed it in already. Can't believe they are quitting. This falls on Morris. I like the guy but always questioned his coaching ability. We should have never gotten rid of Gruden imo! Gruden won 3 NFC South titles with 3 different teams. He really should have won a 4th title the year he got fired. The D packed it in after Kiffin announced that he was leaving for Tenn. We became the first team to go 9-3 and miss the playoffs.(by a half a game to Philly) The D gave up 300+yds on the ground on Monday night football to the Panthers and the last game to the Raiders. No other NFC South coach or team has won even 3 NFC South titles and Gruden has been out of the League since 2008. Remember he really almost had 4 NFC South titles if not for the D collapse after Kiffin announced he was bolting. That is an eye opening stat! Morris better get it together! I do not think he is on the hot seat only due to the Glazer's being to cheap to hire someone they might have to pay.

They quit seven games ago. Incredibly frustrating.

I dont care what our record was we got hammered by the worst offense in the league. Losing by 27 points to a 3-9 team is a blow out and is inexcusable. Not sure what your point is.
