Stoudamire can and will play wit Lin. He did it with Nash in Phoenix and I loved watching them play.

When he went to NY, he felt he had to carry that team on his shoulders, and perhaps the first year he did. Now, with the emergence of Lin, he won't have to.

I like Amare's play.

Huh? How do you come up with that? Because the Nuggets have a better record than the Knicks currently?

Carmelo won a NC with Syracuse in his only year there. After he left, they didn't win anything.

The year prior to him joining the Nuggets, they won 17 games. In his first year in Denver, they won 43. Followed by 49, 44, 45, 50, 54 -- the first time in franchise history they were .500 or better for more than 3 consecutive seasons.

Remember D'Antoni's offense with Nash and Stoudemire? Well, Lin and Stoudemire is similar, although Lin certainly is no Nash (at the very least not yet). Amare can def play in the system and very well, too. He's not a ball hog like Carmelo is. Carmelo is a high volume shooter (like a Kobe) who isn't nearly as clutch and lacks the killer instinct. He is also horrible on defense and not really fast at all, either. Carmelo is a glorified version of Danny Granger.

The Lakers game made me a believer. I had my doubts based on the competition he faced prior to them. Now the next question will be how will he go from playing virtually no minutes to having to play between 35-39 minutes a game.

Will be interesting to see what Melo and Amare do with a point guard when they get back. I just don't understand how he's gone under the radar for so long in the league. It's not like he all of a sudden learned how to play basketball. I remember his game in the summer league against John Wall, and he was impressive back then too.

As a Knick fan, that was my exact reaction. The kid is a winner, and he is humble. Clutch, clutch, clutch!!!

If he can cut down on the turnovers he will be even better.

I don't think he said it was Anthony, he was responding to a post that said teams get better after Carmello leaves, looking at the records, that obviously isn't true.

That girl is so hott that as a Knicks and Noles fan I don't care that she doesn't know that Jeremy Lin isn't black, or that Jeremy Lin doesn't play for the Giants, or that Jeremy Lin's real name isn't Jerry Linn. God bless her big big big.............heart.
