You're wrong. There's an NCAA bylaw pertaining to "Ethical conduct." Please, please show me how Penn State's actions demonstrated an ethical behavior.

I was referring to the people dividing up the transfers and celebrating bobby having the wins record. As for the punishment, yes I think it was adequate to say the least.

made on February 25, 2001 by Messrs. Spanier, Curley and Schulz to report the
incident to the Department of Public Welfare, and then agreeing not to do so on
February 27th, was Mr. Paterno’s February 26th conversation with Mr. Curley.

You're right. The guy who had been at Penn State longer than Tim Curley had been alive wasn't calling the shots.

What facts are you referring to exactly? I've posted an excerpt from a $6.5M investigation conducted by a former director of the FBI. Your rebuttals to the majority of the posts in this thread has basically been "Nuh uh."

Are you kidding me? It's in the NCAA bylaws that member institutions must act with ethical conduct and you're saying it has "nothing" to do with the NCAA or athletics?

Don't worry. The findings in the criminal investigation with Sandusky, the findings in the independent Freeh report, and the countless hours of counsel the NCAA did on this situation were all wrong.
Cuznchips is the only legitimate authority on the matter, it appears.

You posted one reference, but it doesn't give the dialogue of that conversation, and from that point it's not joepas responsibility anymore. But go one please tell me more I am asking for proof and facts about joepas involvement and you don't have any. Your argument is about as worthless as (.)(.) on a Boar
