Note on today's practice (coach related)

Practice was moved up today due to weather (we're under a tornado watch until 9 p.m.), but I can confirm that DJ Eliot and Eddie Gran returned to practice today.
Also, Sal Sunseri was in attendance.

Any new hires are not allowed to coach in any bowl practices or the bowl according to Jimbo per NCAA rules.

It is a rule that needs to be revisited....what if your entire defensive staff leaves for other jobs???..... Who exactly is on the sideline for the game??? I see no reason a team could not bring in their new coaches to help....if you bring in a new coach during the season to replace someone they could coach with no issues....

Jimbo now said today new hires could coach the bowl in certain situations. I believe that you just can't have the new hire working with the old and you can't have more than 10 coaches on the sidelines. So for the bowl FSU should be fine because Eliot, Haggins, and Hudson are all going to be coaching.

Correct, from hearing Jimbo it sounds like they just plan on going with the current staff. The bottom line is nothing can happen until the contracts are signed and FSU announces the hires. It was very weird seeing Sunseri out at practice watching and Jimbo not able to comment or acknowledge him being there to us.
