I have the strangest feeling that we land this kid. Why? Well, you have the deep family ties, for starters. Second, Rathan-Mayes and he are very close. Third, he likes Coach Ham. And, finally, he's smart enough to know that he doesn't NEED to go to UK (or anywhere in particular, for that matter) to be the no.1 pick in the draft.

It is asking a bit too much for this young team to beat a #7 UF team.
But FSU can show Wiggins a great atmosphere and a future home for him.
I trust in Coach Ham.

Very true. I think the good guys win this one in a close battle over UK. Them struggling this year (I follow them closely, having grown up on UK bball) only helps us.

Just to make sure folks saw this. From today's article on a game.....
Andrew Wiggins- The unanimous No. 1 ranked prospect in the country looked every bit like the top prospect in the country. An elite athlete, Wiggins controlled the boards, racking up 17 boards. Many of those rebounds were well out of his area. He also found time to pump in 29 points on 10-19 shooting and 9-11 shooting from the line. Then lets throw in five steals with five assists without a turnover. As the numbers indicate, it was a truly dominating performance.

He's fantastic, but he's rebounding against high school bigs and I think he'll play more slasher 2.5/3 for us. He will certainly be fun to watch.

I have seen this kid play many times, he is insane!! His hops are crazy, his only downfall,is he isn't a high motor guy, but he can learn that. I have spoke to alot of his people and they say it is going to be real tuff to beat out Kentucky, so good luck!!! I hope you guys get him. I would prefer he went to my buckeyes, but I know we have a better chance of going to a bowl game than getting him, so rather you guys get him than UK.

Man I hope we somehow land him. Even for 1 year, he could make a huge impact on our program. I would definitely make the long drive to catch a handful of home games to watch.

Just keep reminding.... 75 degree weather in December = our females wear less clothes.
Lexington = colder and far less diverse.
Tallahassee = very diverse, far more of a representation of the major cities he will be traveling to while playing in the NBA.
