NCAA Board Will Reconsider Recruiting Proposals

The NCAA has announced to its membership that the recruiting deregulation proposals that were the cornerstone of the Rules Working Group Package passed by the Board of Directors in January will be reconsidered by the BoD at its May meeting. This essentially means that the proposals are overridden, since reconsideration by the Board of Directors is exactly what would have happened if the proposals had reached 75 override requests.

Our direct recruiting competitors sans miami are all in the sec so they all have more money than us so i would prefer the rules be rewritten.

It what delusional world do you live in that we can throw money around like bama of we want to? We could hire a guy or two and i expect us to but they have 7 figures going into there back office at this point. We don't have nearly enough money to compete with them, lsu or even uga. UF has more than us a well. We are the class of the acc but we are in sec territory and we have to beat the bamas of the world to recruit elite talent
