Let us get this one guys... last time we battled I think it was for Lamarcus Joyner and he ended up being a Nole. We just knew he was all Buckeye. We need this one fellas!

Tom with 4 linebackers already in this class and we are in the running for Mathew Thomas any chance we are recruiting him at D.end I saw he played qiute a bit with his hand in the dirt on highlight film and with that speed aand power boy that would be sweet...

He has flat out stated that he wants to be a LB, I would be shocked that we were still in it if we were recruiting him at DE.

What's hard to understand? This kid looks great in a shirt and shorts, but has above average film. We already have 4 good linebackers committed so we can gamble on the superstar in Thomas. If we land Thomas then we hit a home run and if we don't we still have met our needs at the LB position. No need to risk losing Thomas for somebody who isn't nearly as good.

I would take him in a heartbeat at DE. Not at LB though. Stiff hipped LB's with all the Spread Offense's in college football, not an ideal fit.

Nigel was stiff too. I was a critic of his for the early part of his career here but he ended up working out. I think Mitchell looks quicker and more agile than him at this stage. Gotta take him! AND Matthew Thomas!

If he doesn't want to play DE he's not a take in this class in this class it's Thomas or nothing IMO...Plus next yr we've got real shots for Brice Hamilton, Delvin Purifey .Kain Daub.Raekwon McMillan. Tre Williams, and Dion Hamilton who is set to announce next month..
