True, but the good thing is that we have freshman that can make an impact right away. It's not what we wanted but it's better than what we have had. Golden at least has the team getting better, so that's a plus. Look for Duke, Howard, Bush, Kirby, McCord, Jenkins, and at least 2 of our freshman WRs to make a big impact for us this year. We have a long ways to go, but, Golden looks like he has a plan in place. Thanks to a big class in 2012, at least we are off on the right foot. 2013 class will be small, but looks like it could fill some more of our needs. And honestly our side of the ACC is not that strong. If we pull off an upset or 2 we might play you twice. It's a long shot, but it is possible. Our O-line must play up to there talent level or we don't have a chance!!!!! Of course you all know how important O-line play is.

Sorry to burst your bubble but reality is 2-3 freshman will make an impact on UM and that is basically for any team.... So don't expect all those to make impacts odds are against that... will they play roles and have moments, sure but no way will they impact the team for the season

I seriously doubt that Marvin Bracy will be working at a gas station, and the only gas he'll be pumping will be into the tank of his luxury vehicle of his choice from his NFL paycheck, or Olympic endorsement deal checks.

How many teams have the holes we do? If 2 or 3 is average for most teams, then 5-7 is not out of the question on ours. Howard will be the only day 1 starter, but you have at least 8 more that will see a lot of playing time. If we are going to have a good year these guys have to step up early. We have 37 freshman on this team and 12 Sophomores. Of those 12 Sophomores we had 3 make an impact for us last year as true Freshman . Chick, Denzel, and Dorsett. Now we have lost over 30+ players to the draft and graduation. I don't think having 5-7 impact Freshman this year is that far of a reach.

You said impact as in will make a difference... again 5-7 will not make an impact. And impact is not a lot of playing time..... those freshman will play bit will they have an impact on the season... no.... you are expecting a freshman lead team to win 8-9-10 games is insane.... again very few freshman have that type of impact...... how many freshman impacted their teams later year..... like 5 total..... you don't have 8 Sammy Watkins on your team.... that is impacting a team.... not just playing a ton of minutes...

Those 3 didn't impact games or the season.. those 3 played meaningful minutes and was solid.... so you are saying without those 3 UM doesn't win 6 games.....
