This latest violation will cause UM to get pile driven under the turf. Even though the Shipero mess lasted 10 years the Canes could "fake" not knowing. Still they would get hit, but they can't make the same claim now. And by using Shipero's assistant it makes it look like UM not only knew what Shipero was doing, but wants that same cheating style to continue. Death penalty? No, but it will be close.

3 additional years bowl ban (maybe 2), all seniors and juniors can transfer without sitting AND the loss of 60 ships over a 4 or 5 year period.

it's gotten to the point that i am just going to assume that every program is dirty, in varying degrees. of course, when i say that..it's technically illegal for current players to take recruits to parties w/ booze served and stuff, right? when does that not happen?

Miami is effed. Worse than I ever thought. So basically there is sound evidence that shows they were blatantly breaking rules over like a 8 year span that included both a time frame in which they were on probation as well as a time frame in which was after the allegations were levied, new coaches brought it, etc.

The NCAA should hit them with like 50 schollies over 5 years and just bury them. 10 years probation with death penalty if they break it.

The NCAA goes to these kids with blanket immunity in hand. In short, be honest, truthful and talk and nothing will happen to you if you did anything. It will be interesting if Chickillo is interviewed if he says anything. If they have proof that he did take drinks, food and ??? and he denies it he might get hit as well. I seriously doubt the NCAA turns away from Gloden using Shipero's right hand man to get around the rules yet again.

GOING to the strip club isn't illegal, but paying for their drinks, food, entrance or "whatever" is. Just like going on a boat with Shipero might not have been illegal, but going on a hooker cruise damn sure was..
