No you guys aren't going to get the death penalty but you will get hit much harder than most miami fans think and you aren't USC. You don't have the same talent on the roster that Kiffen inherited and you have significantly more competition for local recruits than USC does. I was of the view point that that you guys were going to get off fairly light but with evidence mounting that Golden continued the significant infractions during his first 6 months and that he retained a staff member that was at the heart of the problem (Barrow), I do think you guys will be in the USC range for number of scholarships lost.

USC's punishment has yet to really effect them too. You will see a much different USC team 3 years from now, regardless of how well they are recruiting. Their depth will take a hit. In summation, you can't compare the present USC with how they will look when their sanctions are through.

I agree with you that USC won't really feel the sanctions until 2014 or 2015 when they will likely only have 60-65 players on the roster but with the talent they are bringing in they will probably still be at least a top 25 team those years if they avoid major injuries and attrition.
