it was made clear to him that he was no longer wanted here. That is why he floated his resume everywhere. everywhere. He lucked out with the job-for now. Tubby won't survive there for more than a few years.
Tubby couldn't get any real oc's to take the job which also helped Gran.

Eliot is not making 1 million and even if they did, that is not market value. Elliot is making 500,000 at Kentucky.

His contract is worth $500,000 through 2016. Stoops was making over $850,000 through incentives.

TNOLE27 could you elaborate on this. This is the first I heard. What was the problem? Special team, RBs, or other problems?

Wrong. Eliot is at 500k. Pruitt was a hotter candidate than eliot because he was at Bama. FWIW, it think eliot will be a very good dc.

That's the case at every school. But what you most likely read/heard was that Kentucky coordinators will make more than a million dollars; that includes the offensive coordinator and the defensive coordinator together.

so if KY wins the sEc and mnc he could make a million? so could i if they do those things or I win the lottery. both are just as likely.
Pruitt's salary will go far above the 550k with incentives. Ky is paying market rate. good for them. it may help.

I not saying your source isnt right, but from what I read is that he would have got the Arkansas ST. (not for sure if that was the school or not) job last year if he had OC experience. Thats why he took the Job at Cincy for OC experience.
