Amazing! He slipped out of the blocks, I imagine that he is going to beat this time easily if he stays healthy and gets a good start.

Now is that nationally as in, no matter what professional etc.? Or is that National High School?

It will be tough for him to make it, because the field he will going up against all run in the 9 range and that includes Walter Dix.

Tyson Gay is the fastest American, But Dix is not that far behind him. Dix is better in the 200 though than the 100

I'm a little late to this thread but I just saw the video. Not only did he stumble out of the blocks but he did not hold his speed all the way through the tape. And ran a 10.25 into a headwind. Bracy definitely can run in the 9.9s as a high schooler running a perfect race in great conditions. I hope he pulls it off.

This. He pulled up at the end, costing him some hundredths. If he runs THROUGH the tape, he gets it where he wants it.

I wouldnt put it past him to make it to London as an alternate or even running for the "B" team in the relays to qualify the big guns for the finals.
