Would not be surprised at all to see him commit this weekend. Huge Nole fan and we have a major need. Seems like 247 has him overrated but he's definitely a top 200 player.

Who said we need Blanding?
We have Safeties just as good wanting to come here. With our coaches Marshall will go to the next level not sure if I can say the same about Blanding at UVA.

Most kids who commit early do an interview about a week before their commitment saying they are going to wait a while.

How are his grades? A kid ranked this high with that offer list makes me wonder. Just curious.

That makes sense unless your name is something like James Wilder, Matthew Thomas, Kain Daub, Derwin James, etc. Elite instate talent always get early offers or at least they better if Jimbo & co plan to stay in Tally.

Definitely, there are always no brainers. Despite being a top 250 recruit Trey is not a no-brainer so he had to wait a bit, not long and it sounds like he may well pop for us as I expected.
