There was an update a while back from another site about him wanting to walk into early pt.

Interesting that the Miami posters don't feel good about him after that and Nole posters see it oppositely. Lots of double talk from him as usual but he sounds a lot more "FSU" than he has in past interviews.

This kid (and Brantley, Senat and whoever else is sweating PT) needs to understand that early playing time is not always a good thing especially for a DL ( I present Jaccobi, exhibit A). He may have ideal size but does he have the strength to match and is he ready for the speed of the game? Is he smart enough or is he going to get trap-blocked to death?

Defensive linemen play in rotation anyway, which is another point I've been beating to death on this topic. Time these kids got used to the idea.

Some of these kids are used to plating every snap in high school.

He's not an FSU Commitment. It's a joke to even list him as one.

If I was FSU, I'd drop this kid.

Bain is one player who *needs* to wait and not play early. Isn't this only his 2nd season of football? There's no doubt that he's physically and athletically gifted, but that isn't enough to make an impact on the DL at the BCS level. Of all players, I don't understand why *he* is seeking early PT.

I don't disagree but keep in mind bain is very raw and is learning the position. He is rated so high because his athleticism is off the charts. He needs time to develop and needs coaching but he has the ability. DT is a position that very few people ever make an impact as a freshman even if they played it all 4 years in high school. If he thinks he is starting as a freshman anywhere he has bad advisors

Calloway is really underrated IMO. Love his game, not big on his size. You guys think FSU is on the verge of offering him?
