Appreciate that he was the first real big fish to bite with Jimbo, but if you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen.

He looked real good in the spring game, but up until that point, he had never done much of anything. He is a good kid, and i wish nothing but the best to him.

Disappointing news - I think Luc would have done great had he stuck things out. I wish he and Darius the best in resuming their careers elsewhere.

Luc wasn't a bust. He will play well wherever he ends up.

Luc would have played a lot of football this year and we are thin at LB.
But this means #24 moves up the depth chart. He is a lot more instinctual and athletic than Luc and almost a carbon copy of Telvin.
WIL-Jones, Ter Smith, Elligwe
MIKE-Telvin, Vince, Northrup
SAM-Moody, Terrel, Elligwe
the newbies are going to play a lot this year, particularly on special teams.

Florida St, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee, and USC (just to name a few), as well as all those who ranked him the #1ILB in the nation say Miami is stupid.
If you think you can accurately predict if a recruit will be a bust, then I am not sure a rational discussion can be held with you.

Quite a few recruitniks are saying Miami and UF were "relieved" when Luc picked FSU. He was a mountain of a man, but during his senior year it became obvious he wasn't good at being a LB. He just made a few good highlight plays but for most games he disappeared entirely.

Yep. Because every single player at UM are All-American's and not busts. Kevin Cain, Jordan Futch, and Gaines have all been the pinnacle of greatness at LB.
Luc was rated the #1 ILB in the country when he signed. He had offers from about every major program in the country to include the Gators and Canes. If Shannon or the Gators didnt want him, they had a funny way of showing it.

I love how these canes and gator fans say there coaches did not want him in high school when their former coaches were all over him before he committed to FSU.

Where did any Gator fans say UF didnt want Luc? We wanted him, as did everyone else, but I can tell you he wasnt the #1 guy on our board at that position. But your right, for anyone on here to say there team didnt want Luc at all is lying, its just easier for them to say that now after the fact...

247 writers said as much weeks ago when this story broke. Sorry it hurts your feelings.
I think everyone and their mother wanted Luc in September, and no one wanted him in December. His ranking fell on the recruiting sites.

Explain... should they tell Christian Jones not to play MLB.... that is who was ahead of him... you play the best 11.... He wasn't one of the 11....
