    Miami is totally irrelevant right now. It's shocking how far they have fallen to be honest. I wonder if/when they will ever return to be a top 15/top 10 team. It may not happen for quite a long itme.

  • Dade kids play the game better than anyone else so I will not count our chickens until they hatch. Although I do feel we are in a great position to land this kid. I too wished Thomas had not publicly named us his leader because it puts a target on our backs for other schools. I understand the feeling that Booker T. is a UM feeder school but a lot of those kids are really interested in FSU. Eduardo Clements from Booker T. wanted badly to be a Nole but his offer never came. While I do think that we lead today I think this one will be a fight down the stretch.

    For every recruit we sign that's 6'3 220 and we need them to help IMMEDIATELY at DE. YES. So far none.

  • By the time Thomas signs with FSU in February, all 37 cane fans will be on suicide watch. UM will be recieving crippling sanctions (not an opinion, this is based on conversations i've had with people connected to the school). UM will be on the cusp of a 5 win season. Most, if not all of UM's good recruits will be signed elsewhere (there arent that many Duke Johnson's out there, elite recruits who will sign with UM no matter what. Olsen would be about it). FSU will continue its reign of dominance in the state and may be in the national title picture.

  • I can't WAIT until the end of the season when Miami plays USF in Miami in November and has less than 15,000 fans present to watch - that is unless USF shows up in numbers. Looking at their schedule and roster, they could seriously lose 7-9 games this year unless Golden pulls a miracle. If they do lose nine games, I can't even imagine the happiness that will bring me.

    Both MEJ and Casher are better than chicky right now. Bank it. He ain't touching Jenkins, Werner, or Tank. Newberry is a 280 lb monster and I expect him to play a lot this year.

    chick looked better then either of those guys in the under armour game tho

    well he def looked better then MEJ casher was pretty impressive but chickilo won mvp over clowney in that game

    im interested to see what chickilo does this yr we'll see how good he is then

    Even a reigning national champion shouldn't be talking about last year at this stage of the calendar. It's all about 2012 and in the fall of 2012 FSU is going to drop a deuce on Miami.

    I agree ....we are trying to dig out from the Randy Shannon debacle and our cupboards are lean for sure. AG is doing well to land some quality recruits and instill a better attitude and work ethic....if we show improvement and win, the recruits will come. Only time will tell but I trust the tie! Will be a fun year

  • What's sad is all these people pressuring him to stay in Miami and none will go watch him play. How playing in front of no one isn't a deal breaker for these kids is beyond me.
